Yes, I’m a chef. I’m a good cook, and a passable baker. I’m a hell of a tornado in the dish pit. But I’m not the best at anything food-wise except helping you get great at your food business.
You are the best at what you do. But you may need help building a business for it. And like great cooking, great food business is not magic, it is a combination of art, math and science.
